Overview
This procedure details how to download firmware and software updates for the Sensia QRATE HCC2 product.
For the ISaGRAF Workbench software:
- Go to the Rockwell Download Center at rok.auto/pcdc.
- Click Downloads-->Downloads by Product.
- Search for ISaGRAF.
- Select version 6.06.11 (2024 releases, check for later advice)
- Go through the download procedure.
The instructions below will give you the firmware and tools for the HCC2.
Warnings
Please read the Release Notes carefully before proceeding.
A typical full HCC2 software update including the operating system and core application bundle is approximately 2GB. Ensure you have sufficient storage and internet bandwidth.
HCC2 OS and application bundles are tested and validated together as a system, and these validated combinations are separated into folders. Do not mix and match OS and core application bundle versions.
Procedure
- Download and install Microsoft’s Azure Storage Explorer tool (scroll down to Download Azure Storage Explorer today and select your OS)
- Open the Azure Storage Explorer application.
- Right click on Storage Accounts and select Connect to Azure Storage.
- Select Blob Container or Directory.
- Select Shared access signature URL (SAS).
- Copy and paste this URL into the SAS URL field. Display name will fill automatically, but you can enter your own identifier here if desired.

- Click Next, then Connect.
- Right click on the folder corresponding to the version of software you desire and select Download… .
Notes
- Do not share the SAS URL with anyone. This URL can be revoked at any time, if it does not work please contact Sensia support.
- If desired, you can navigate into the version folders and download specific files.
