Problem
A HCC2 DIO channel configured as a DO will briefly draw current on startup. This may be enough to light an indicator or pull in a relay on the digital output.
Environment
Firmware 1.8.1/Core Apps bundle 383 and earlier, and to all HCC2 hardware using Gen1 I/O boards.
Solution
A hotfix for Gen 2 I/O boards will be made available to any users experiencing this issue on powering up the HCC2. The fix is not in 1.8.1.383 but will be in a future release. A fix is not available for Gen 1 I/O boards.
I/O board Gen 1 / Gen 2 may be determined via Unity, in the Operate tab, INTEGRATED I/O --> IO System. The IO Board Versions will be 1.x.x for Gen 1 and 2.x.x for Gen2.
